Working with our health and wellness coach, you will have an initial discussion and screening to go over some of your obstacles and challenges, along with your specific milestones you would like to reach.
Your coach wants to stretch any limitations that you have placed on yourself and help you understand the goals you've set are attainable, so we'll break down your major goals into smaller attainable ones to help build your confidence.
WHAT WILL I FOCUS ON WITH MY COACH?
Mind - Your coach will dedicate time to help build your mental strength because your mind is the catalyst for knowing that you can achieve your goals .
Body - Are you having difficulty making it to the gym, eating healthier meals, or getting rid of the chronic pain. Your coach will focus on all areas in order to achieve the ultimate total wellness . experience.
